A woman in Katy, Texas committed suicide by jumping off a flyover onto the Katy freeway on Friday.
The tragic occurrence took place Friday afternoon when a female was reported to have jumped off a flyover.
She sustained critical injuries and was airlifted by LifeFlight to an area hospital.
News of the attempted suicide made its way to social media and netizens started praying for the victim to survive.
Prayers for her and that if she survives that she gets the help she needs. God bless this lady and heal her, one comment said.
Unfortunately, a few hours later it was reported that she had died from her injuries.

This comes after a whirlwind few weeks for the Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga where two students commited suicide in similar fashion, jumping onto a freeway in despair.
