A man is wanted in Mesquite, TX after shooting his girlfriend with whom he shares one child in sight of three of her children.
Samuel Tovar shot Nancy Ayala around 3 a.m. Sunday after an argument at their apartment.
Tovar, 25, fled and left the mother of four children to die. Nancy is currently in the hospital and in critical condition.
Police are currently on the hunt for Tovar, who remains on the run.
Meanwhile, Nancy’s family are intensifying their efforts for the suspect’s discovery, sharing details on social media and calling for help.

According to Kimberly, the couple had been living together and were dating for several years.
Kimberly said doctors have removed parts of her cousin’s lung and liver, but the family worries most about brain damage after her heart stopped for several minutes.
“If they were to see the way she was right now, lifeless, literally lifeless, not moving, all the things that are wrong, literally declining, I feel like they would understand why we need him to get caught,” said Kimberly.
