Who is Jasveen Sanga? Ketamine Queen Charged in Matthew Perry’s Death

Jasveen Sangha is a woman authorities have accused of supplying the ketamine that actor Matthew Perry died from using.

Sangha, according to the Department of Justice, took advantage of the actor during his relapse by selling large amounts of ketamine to him.

Aside from Sanga, urgent care doctor Salvador Plasencia, a “broker” named Erik Fleming, and Perry’s live-in assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, were also implicated.

A second doctor, Mark Chavez, was also charged.

Sanga, who has been dubbed the ‘Ketamine Queen’, reportedly “sold approximately 50 vials of ketamine for approximately $11,000.” to Perry.

She is said to have an extensive network for distributing the drug.

A search of Sangha’s home uncovered a drug -selling emporium containing 80 vials of ketamine, thousands of pills containing methamphetamine, cocaine, bottles of Xanax and other illegally obtained prescription drugs.

She had reportedly been living a lavish lifestyle on the back of the drugs she sold. Authorities said she knew the dangers of her drugs because she had caused another death a few years back, that of one Cody McLaury.

McLaury’s family informed her of her drugs involvement in his death but she paid no heed, and some time after Perry’s death, she texted Fleming to scrub his phone of all their communications.
