Who is Brittany Deal? St George Mom and Three Kids Kidnapped by Estranged Partner Found Unharmed

A St George UT mom and her three children who were declared missing after reportedly being kidnapped by her estranged partner have been found unharmed.

Brittany Etta Deal, 27, and her three children – Quentin Michael Kelly (5), Braylee Michelle Kelly (9), and Braxton King Haley (2) – had not been heard of since Monday.

Police believe David Gene Remley, Deal’s estranged partner who she has a protective order against, took them against their will.

Remley reportedly picked up the children from daycare at 5:15 p.m. on Monday in a white 2015 GMC Terrain (Utah license plate: 5AF687).

Deal is described as a white female with bleached blonde hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds.

She has a dermal piercing on her right cheek and has distinctive tattoos, including mountains and arrowheads on her left arm and flowers on her right thigh.

Remley, the suspect, is a 36-year-old white male, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 185 pounds. He has blonde/sandy hair and blue eyes.

Remley was last seen wearing a striped t-shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.

St George City Police said in a statement: “There is an active protective order between David and Brittany and the children from a recent family fight. Because of this, we consider Brittany, Quentin, Braylee and Brixton to be endangered. This is currently being investigated and finding them safe is our highest priority.”

In a heartwarming update, St George PD revealed that Brittany and the three children have been located by Nevada Highway Patrol and they are safe and unharmed.

David Remley is in police custody.

Meanwhile, St. George Police Detectives are working with NHP to determine what happened.
