Sean Sidle of Maywood, New Jersey has tragically died, and his family and friends have been thrown into deep mourning over the sad news.
Sean unexpectedly passed away on the night of Monday, July 22nd, 2024.
He was just 19-years-old.

Sean Sidle, of Maywood, NJ, was a former student of Saint Joseph Regional High School in Montvale.
He graduated in 2023 and made a name for himself as a talented athlete in wrestling and football.
Following his graduation he had started work at Park Ave Acura, training to be a mechanic. Sean dreamed of attending UTI according to his mother.
Sidle was not only a talented athlete but was described as being bright, caring, loving, honest, helpful, funny, and dedicated.
His mother Victoria revealed that while suffering from bad hips and unable to do much for herself, Sean helped her everyday in putting on her dresses, shoes, and socks.
She revealed that following surgery, he once again waited on her hand and foot until she was completely healed.
Sean’s dedication and determination to help anyone in need was unrivaled.
He also made his mark in school, St Joseph’s in Montvale, and the school shared a touching tribute to him following news of his demise.
“It is with deep sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Sean Sidle, a member of the Class of 2023. Our hearts are with his family during this incredibly difficult time,” the school wrote in their tribute.
“Sean is survived by his parents and two brothers, both SJR alumni: Brian ’18 and Erich ’21. Please keep the Sidle family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this profound loss,” the tribute ended.
The wake for Sean Sidle has been set for Friday, July 26 from 2 pm – 8 pm at Beaugard Funeral Home in River Edge, NJ.
His funeral comes off the next day at St. Peter the Apostle Church also in River Edge.
Following his passing, his family started a GoFundMe to raise money for his funeral expenses.
His mother, Victoria Sidle wrote: “This is so overwhelming for our family, something so unexpected and we were not prepared for this. Financially we were not prepared either, I cannot understand why this happened to him, but we need to give him a proper burial.
“It is with a humble heart, with love for our Baby boy Sean Thornton-Francis Sidle, with God in our hearts and sadness beyond imagination that I ask for any help that anyone can give us. We have always, as a family tried to help those around us, in any way we could’ve,”
The Sean Sidle GoFundMe has raised over $22,000 out of its $30,000 goal so far.
