Who was Nabeel Aslam, Graduate Student Killed in Lexington KY Car Accident?

Nabeel Aslam, a graduate student and son of Drs Azhar and Uzma Aslam, has died in a car accident in Lexington, KY.

The car crash that took the life of Nabeel Aslam has thrown his family into mourning over the sudden loss of life of a promising young man.

His family, friends, colleagues, and former institutions have all taken to social media to mourn the accomplished young man.

Nabeel Aslam, only 22 years of age, was a young man with a bright future whose life was tragically cut short in a car accident.

Aslam died in a tragic crash in Lexington KY while he had the most exciting times of his life all ahead of him, leaving his family and friends completely devastated.

Nabeel Aslam was born to Dr. Azhar Aslam and Dr. Uzma Shireen Aslam of Lexington.

He attended the Sayre High School, a private school in the Greater Lexington area, graduating in 2020.

His education continued at Rolling College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business in May 2023.

At the time of his death, Nabeel was in the first year of a two-year Master’s degree course in Business Administration at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.

Highly intelligent, extremely accomplished, and a darling to all, Nabeel Aslam would be taken off this mortal plane in a cruel car accident in Lexington KY.

The crash, whose details are not exactly clear, robbed the world of a great man in the making.

Nabeel’s former school, Sayre, mourned his passing.

‘There are no words to describe the sadness of this news. Nabeel was a dear friend, teammate, and student,’ the institution said in a post on Facebook.

“Nabeel had a way about him that was uplifting to anyone that was near him,” said Head Basketball Coach Rob Goodman. “He had a great smile and loved being around his friends as much as they loved being with him. He will be missed dearly.”

His family announced Janaza Prayers and Burial would come off on Monday, July 22, 5:00pm at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
