Judy Rowe, 69, of Woolwich, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a crash on Route 201 in West Forks Plantation early Tuesday morning.
Rowe was driving an SUV around 2 a.m. Tuesday when she crossed the centreline and went off the road before hitting a tree.
She was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash but tragically did not make it.

The Somerset County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accident.
