Jamie Palmer has been identified as a teacher at Springer Elementary School in Rockwall ISD who allegedly s*xually molested a 4-year-old.
The parent whose ward was molested, Corey Booth, revealed the alleged abuse, which occurred in October last year, in anger after the teacher was reinstated following a short leave of absence.
Parent groups in Texas are now organizing a protest against the teacher.
According to the parent, their child reported the alleged abuse last year but after reporting to the school authorities, nothing happened.
Police investigations also yielded no charges and Palmer has now been brought back for the school year.
In anger, parents in the district are organizing a protest to try and pressure the school to get Palmer out of the school.
