A Central Florida car enthusiast, Clayton Best, was reported dead in an accident on Friday, June 14th, 2024, throwing his closest friends and family into mourning.
An accident ended up taking the life of the 33-year-old who has been described as an amazing personality whose presence was felt everywhere he went.
Numerous heartfelt tribute flooded social media following news of Best’s passing, highlighting the virtues he extolled while alive and cementing a legacy of achievement he would be proud of.

Clayton Thomas Best born September 26th, 1990 died on June 14th, 2024, the victim of a traffic collision that ended his life.
Best is remembered all too fondly by all who knew him, with descriptions of his many virtues awash on social media following news of his passing.
Friends and family of Best were forced to endure a black Friday yesterday when news filtered out that he had been in an accident.
The crash took the life of the young 33-year-old, forcing doom and gloom over residents of Deltona and Orlando in Central Florida.
Tributes to the great man Best was and in honor of the life he lived quickly sprang up online.
Jackie Morris, a friend of over ten years, authored the deepest tribute on social media.
Morris revealed that Best’s life had been characterized by selflessness and kindness and a deep devotion for cars.
The tribute read, in part: “His favorite colors were grey and bright deep purple. He was fascinated with the universe, the stars, the moon and constellations. He loved to dance, to be goofy and have fun. He had many hobby’s and interest and made so many friends along the way. He loved his friends and family and would do anything for them no questions asked,”
Morris concluded that Best’s impact on this world was immeasurable and would be felt for decades to come.
Kody Ahart also jumped in and said: “Rip to one of raddest dudes in the central florida car community Clayton Best. This man made a srt caliber cool and changed that entire community with his vision! You will be missed man,”
Amber Elizabeth in her tribute acknowledged that Clayton cared deeply about all and sundry, revealing he was one of the few people who made her feel ‘seen and understood’.
Clayton was a Central Florida car buff, a lovely fellow changing lives one person at a time.
He was loving, caring, warm, a blast to be around, and a beacon of humanity whose life was so tragically cut short at just 33 years old.
Souls like that are rare and it’s truly unfortunate what happened to him.
