One person was killed in a shooting in Alpharetta, Georgia late Wednesday around Highway 9 and Milton Avenue.
Alpharetta Police were called to the location around 11 p.m. and found 46-year-old Justin Mourning with a gunshot wound.
Jaden Lewis, 21, of Milton GA, was identified as the suspect in the shooting and was arrested on Thursday afternoon.
He has been charged with murder and aggravated assault.
Lewis is accused of gunning down Mourning while riding a motorcycle and then fleeing.
Police found Mourning and transported him to a local hospital for treatment but did not survive. Police identified a person of interest on a motorcycle and sought to apprehend him.
Police determined via their investigations that the shooting followed a verbal altercation between two people.
The suspect was photographed on a motorcycle holding a weapon while wearing a black jacket with white patches, black pants, helmet, and gloves.
