Nathan Bogacki, 44, of Perry Township, has been identified as the man who was killed alongside two of his children in a one-vehicle accident in Slippery Rock Township.
13-year-old Grant Bogacki and 17-year-old Emma Bogacki were also killed in the crash which occurred shortly after midnight on Saturday.
Another child, 10-year-old Aubrey Bogacki was freed from the wreck and airlifted to UPMC Children’s Hospital in critical condition.
The accident occurred when the driver, Nathan was driving a Nissan Armada SUV southbound at high speed in Slippery Rock Township.

He crossed the center line into the northbound lane and struck two phone poles, shearing one off, then continued through a yard and hit a car parked in a driveway, causing it to overturn. The SUV then went airborne and hit several trees, scaling one about 20 feet. The tree then smashed on top of the parked car.
Nathan and his son Grant were both ejected from the car and died on the scene. Emma was trapped inside and also died at the scene.
Aubrey remains in critical condition fighting for her life.
The Lawrence County Coroner’s office and the Pennsylvania state police are both investigating. Speed has been determined to be a factor in this crash.
Meanwhile, a GoFundMe was started to raise money for the surviving widow Nicole Bogacki and her daughter Aubrey.
The fundraiser so far raised over $70,000 of an initial $30,000 goal.
